Growing up on nearly 300 acres of vegetables and fruits, learning what seasonal growing is all about was part of the everyday. Just like a vegetable or fruit, coffee has to be grown and harvested in its proper season. And our seasonal approach is what makes Slingshot Coffee Company’s Cold Brew so unique.
While the coffees we use will change with fresh crops throughout the year, one thing stays the same: we hand brew and bottle in small batches using only two ingredients — quality, in-season, organic coffee beans roasted locally by Counter Culture Coffee; and filtered tap water from our beloved City of Oaks, Raleigh, North Carolina.
We’re continually falling in love with great coffees, and we think cold brew is just one way to discover the complex flavors you can find in one tiny bean. So whether bringing to life the juiciness of a stone fruit or that hint of nutty caramel, we’re excited to give you nothing but our best so you can experience what cold brewed coffee can be.
